Which areas do you work in?
Urvania Interiors works on residential projects across Pune and Mumbai, with studios at Karmakar Business Bay in Baner, Pune, and Satara Plaza in Mumbai. Projects outside these cities can be discussed case by case.
What is the difference between interior design and a turnkey interior project?
Interior design covers concept, space planning, drawings, material selection and specifications — you can execute with your own contractors. A turnkey interior project adds procurement, manufacturing, site execution, supervision and handover, so one team is accountable from drawing to finished home.
Do you provide architectural drawings and planning separately?
Yes. Architectural design and drawings can be commissioned as a standalone service — including measured drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections and working drawings — or combined with interiors and construction.
Can you build a villa or bungalow from the ground up?
Yes. Our turnkey construction service covers planning coordination, structure, services and finishing for villas and bungalows, and can continue seamlessly into turnkey interiors.
How does the warranty work?
We offer warranty of up to 15 years on eligible products and work. Coverage and duration depend on the product or work category and are set out in the written warranty terms included with your contract. Please ask us for the terms that apply to your scope.
How accurate is the instant estimate?
The instant quotation prices a complete end-to-end package for your configuration, carpet area and finish, item by item, using our standard package rates. Final pricing is confirmed after a site measurement and approved drawings.
How long does a luxury apartment interior take?
Timelines depend on size, scope, approvals and material lead times. After the design is frozen we share a phased schedule for manufacturing and site work so you know what happens when.
